These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of taxdebtsettlementusa.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Tax Debt Settlement USA ("Settlement USA," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a case-review request, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our services

Tax Debt Settlement USA provides tax resolution services, including free initial case reviews, and assistance with IRS and state tax matters such as installment agreements, Offers in Compromise, penalty abatement, unfiled returns, audit representation, and release of wage garnishments, liens, and levies. A free case review is a preliminary evaluation only. Any engagement for paid services will be governed by a separate written service agreement that describes the scope of work, fees, and your rights and obligations. Nothing on this Site creates an attorney-client, accountant-client, or other professional relationship until a written agreement is signed.

3. No guarantee of results

Individual results vary based on each taxpayer's facts and circumstances. No outcome — including acceptance of an Offer in Compromise, reduction of tax debt, penalty abatement, or release of a lien, levy, or garnishment — can be guaranteed. Estimates and program eligibility are determined only after review of your complete financial situation. Testimonials on the Site reflect the experiences of specific clients and are not a promise of similar results.

When you provide your mobile number and consent through our case-review form, or text us first, you agree to receive text messages from Tax Debt Settlement USA about appointment reminders, follow-ups on your case review, customer care, and occasional promotional offers.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further texts unless you opt back in.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Calls & communications consent

By submitting your phone number and email through our case-review form, you agree that we may contact you by phone and email about your inquiry. Text-message consent is separate and optional: it is collected only through the unchecked SMS checkbox on our form (see Section 5), and it is never part of these Terms. You may withdraw any consent at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 14.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your tax situation, to notify us promptly of any changes, and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, submit false information, or use automated tools to access the Site without permission.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to Tax Debt Settlement USA and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability relating to paid services is governed solely by the applicable written service agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
